Founded in 1972, Harvest has been a beloved presence in the Hudson Valley music scene for over five decades. Known for their versatile performances, Harvest has been entertaining crowds since their founding, playing weddings, parties, corporate events, and more. Their repertoire spans across Wedding/Dance Classics, Top 40 hits, Motown, Disco, Classic Rock, Contemporary Country, Broadway hits, and timeless Standards - something for every crowd and occasion.
In 1977, Harvest achieved national recognition with their single "You're The Only Light on My Horizon Now," produced by industry icons Jimmy and Donny Lenner. This success led to features in Cashbox, Record World, and Billboard magazines, further cementing their legacy in the music world.
Today, The Harvest Band remains an active force in the Hudson Valley music scene, delivering unforgettable performances across the region. They’ve played premier venues all around the Hudson Valley and over the years, they’ve partnered with organizations such as the ELKS, Knights of Columbus, and the Masons, giving back to the community by performing for charitable causes.
The Harvest Band stays true to their legacy while continually refreshing their sound, bringing both classic hits and new favorites to every stage, ensuring every event is lively, memorable, and filled with the joy of live music.

In 1976, Harvest released a single on Private Stock Records that gained notable success across the U.S., breaking into the top 20 in areas like Miami Beach and Biloxi, Mississippi, and making a strong impact in parts of New York. The song was even released in Australia. Unfortunately, Private Stock Records declared bankruptcy soon after, leaving its potential legacy unknown. Take a moment to listen today!
